An introduction to GoGo
GoGo is a marketing, pr and advertising consultancy based in Leicester City Centre. Our purpose is to make a difference to our client’s business by clearly understanding their business objectives and then providing communications activities to deliver them. We focus our impact on delivering outcomes than rather merely measuring our work by the number of outputs we deliver.
GoGo was formed in 2019 through the merger of digital and marketing agencies Pixel Labs and Mulberry Square. Both businesses had run successfully over the previous 18 years, so whilst GoGo itself might still be relatively new, it has an established track record of delivery for clients across the B2B and B2C sectors.
Historically Pixel had specialised in the development of digital applications – focusing on web design and digital marketing. Mulberry Square was a full services marketing agency specialising in design and creative service for web and print.
By combining the two agencies together into the new consultancy we have created a business which is better resourced and more experienced to support our large portfolio of clients operating across B2B and B2C markets.
In essence, we help businesses communicate by telling their story effectively. This comes through understanding their business and objectives to ensure we employ activity that delivers real outcomes. At heart, we are storytellers – helping businesses to tell their stories effectively to the audiences and markets that matter to them.
By identifying and helping to craft their story, we work closely with our clients to understand the mediums and channels that are best used to explain their offering. We do not take marketing products off the shelf. We work to understand our clients, their business and their business objectives to ensure that the solution we provide has impact. We like to measure our own success on outcomes rather than simply outputs. This might be increased sales on a new ecommerce website, improved search results from a SEO campaign or increased brand reputation through a PR campaign. The essence is that we define success by delivering upon the objectives the client has for their own business.
